"Wir waren heute zum ersten mal hier in der Pizzeria Pan und waren begeistert von dem Essen. Das Dönerfleisch war super gewürzt, die Pommes richtig schön knackig und kross und der Hamburger war auch richtig lecker. Und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder."

"Solider Lieferdienst mit Verbesserungspotenzial! 1. Bedienung Das Personal ist freundlich, sowohl am Telefon als auch im Laden. 2. Ambiente Der Laden ist eher schlicht: klein und nicht besonders einladend. Da der Betrieb jedoch überwiegend auf Lieferung und Abholung ausgerichtet ist, ist dies insgesamt durchaus angemessen. 3. Speisen Das Essen ist insgesamt in Ordnung, geschmacklich jedoch nichts Besonderes. Wir haben mehrfach sowohl Döner-Spezialitäten als auch Pizzen probiert. Alles war zufriedenstellend, allerdings schmeckt eine Pizza vom Italiener oder ein Döner in Köln deutlich besser – und das bei nahezu gleichem Preis. Einen kleinen bitteren Beigeschmack hinterlässt die Größe der Pizzen: Auf dem Menü über der Theke werden 28 cm und 32 cm angegeben, tatsächlich erhält man jedoch eher 26 cm bzw. 30 cm. Dies führt zwar nicht zu einem Punktabzug, hinterlässt aber dennoch einen leicht negativen Eindruck. Inflation macht sich halt überall bemerkbar. Kartenzahlung wäre gut, sollte laut Personal in den nächsten Tagen wieder funktionieren :) Überrascht bin ich von den überwiegend übertrieben positiven Bewertungen. Entweder liegt dies an der geringen Konkurrenz in der Umgebung oder daran, dass man sich kennt und Kritik eher zurückhaltend äußert. Ein ehrliches Feedback bringt jedoch sowohl Betreiber als auch Kundschaft weiter: Der Betreiber erhält konkrete Hinweise zur Verbesserung, und die Kunden profitieren langfristig von einer besseren Qualität und einem insgesamt stimmigeren Erlebnis. Einen Punktabzug gibt es lediglich für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis."
